**Overall Objective/Purpose**

**The primary focus of an OD Prime Representative is to sell solutions to new and existing Oracle customers in the assigned territory or vertical.**

**Responsibilities of Role**

**1) Sell solutions to an assigned geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned revenue objectives.**
**2) Understand market & competitive situations, promote and sell Oracle’s product offerings.**

**1) Individual will carry a sales quota.**
**3) Good understanding and knowledge of Food & Beverage (or Hotel) solutions and F&B / Hospitality Operations.**
**4) Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels including CxO of the customer organization.**
**5) Ability to forecast and successfully close new business.**
**6) Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory/account development.**
**7) Good working knowledge of license contracts and business practices in context of software licensing.**

**Qualifications & Skills Requirement**

**1) 2+ years business experience; including business development and selling experience preferably in Food & Beverage industry.**
**2) Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills with customers/prospects.**
**3) Bachelor’s degree in Business / Hospitality or equivalent.**

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to small-and-medium sized accounts. The role is a combination of a Field Sales Rep and Inside Sales Rep.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Successful sales track record. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills. Strong marketing skills. Travels to customer as needed. 2 or more years of relevant sales experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
