**Job Purpose**
The position is responsible for planning, developing and implementing training programs in Sales, Revenue Management, Digital and Loyalty for Accor teams in Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea to develop competencies and identify star talents.
He/She will partner with the corporate teams and the hotel teams to identify where training needs are required and to modify or develop content to meet the competency gaps.
**Primary Responsibilities**
**Sales and Revenue Management Training Development and Delivery**
- Provides an annual training calendar for Sales and RM training based on the needs of the hotels
- In collaboration with Sales and RM specialists develops content for training in Leisure, Business and MICE streams which meet the changing market
- Co-ordinates training venues, catering, accommodation and registrations
- Delivers Sales and RM training in a manner which facilitates learning and transfer to behavioral change
- Supports opening hotels with training of hotel sales team
- Seeks participant feedback from training sessions and takes action to improve sessions
- Maintains an accurate data base of training participants
- Ensures the role is cost neutral through the recharging of training delivered
- Reviews external suppliers if training needs cannot be met internally
**Talent Management Support**
- Develop career pathways for Sales, RM, Digital and Loyalty teams
- Engage in talent review discussions with expert leaders.
- Liaise with talent management team on developing talent pool for specialist functions.
**Corporate Office**
- Supports career pipeline project for the regional office
- Support and co-ordinate corporate office training program
**Digital & Loyalty support**
- Advise on learning activities to support initiatives and programs
- Source and/or develop training materials required
- Communicate and transfer learning activities for implementation.
**Knowledge and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in training delivery and facilitation
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a sales and RM environment
- Recognised within Accor as an experienced sales and RM professional
- Solid user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Expert knowledge of Accor sales and RM processes, tools, programs and global strategy
