Overview

Director of Learning & Organizational Development. We are partnering with a leading organisation known for a culture of agility and strong performance. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive the charge in reimagining how the organization builds capability, drives engagement, and strengthens culture. You will lead a team of L&D specialists to design and deliver scalable learning strategies for a diverse workforce while spearheading key organizational development initiatives.
  • Influence senior stakeholders, lead a capable team, and drive meaningful change across the business.
  • Redesign and update the learning strategy to support the workforce.
  • Identify gaps in the current programmes/curriculum and build new leadership and functional development frameworks.
  • Work with the wider HR team to lead initiatives in employee engagement, culture building, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Design and facilitate OD interventions to support organization-wide changes.
Ideal Profile
  • 15+ years of experience in Learning & Development and Organisational Development within large/matrix/multinational organizations.
  • Experience working with diverse workforces (e.g. manufacturing/frontline and corporate employee groups) is an advantage.
  • Deep expertise in organisational development, employee engagement, and change management.
  • Skilled at stakeholder management and comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels; prior experience in delivering impactful learning solutions.
