The Trust & Safety policy team at TikTok helps ensure that our global community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our apps, while protecting our brand.
As a Policy Implementation Manager, you are the bridge between the Product Policy team and our stakeholders, ensuring that policies are deployed effectively and efficiently, through clear communication and robust global processes. You will also strategies and provide solutions to positively impact policy operability. You will be given opportunities to examine the effectiveness of policy deployments, and develop and streamline processes in order to achieve nimble yet rigorous policy iteration. You will work closely with our stakeholders to safeguard our platform through the successful deployment of sound policies.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance. Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines, which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.
What will I be doing?
- Work closely with stakeholders across Product Policy teams and coordinate efforts across Trust & Safety to communicate and deploy policies globally.
- Evaluate the efficacy and efficiency of policy deployments to identify opportunities to positively impact policy operability.
- Strategies with key stakeholders in driving improvements to deployment processes to ensure agility and rigor in policy iteration.
- Represent the team in large-scale projects that require policy deployment support in terms of optimizing process and platform strategies.

What should I bring with me?
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in cross-functional project management with a proven track record of driving organisational and process changes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and handle numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple deadlines.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with experience working with international partners.
- Proven experience in identifying and implementing process enhancements, demonstrating a strong ability to drive efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to balance established processes with innovative, tailored solutions to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Track record of a proactive approach in anticipating potential issues and addressing them before they escalate, ensuring smooth operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to adapt and work independently in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
- Knowledge of mainstream video-sharing products, social media platforms and/or Trust & Safety.
