Director of Policy Implementation

Job Description:
- You will be responsible for formulating and reviewing policies and initiatives, as well as developing policy-ops frameworks to accurately translate policy intent into scheme implementation.
- You will oversee the policy reviews and policy-ops for a complex suite of policies and schemes that aim to strengthen retirement adequacy.
- This role requires you to work closely with stakeholders across the Government.
- You will pick up knowledge and skills to become an effective policy officer in the social policy domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate, review and implement Retirement Systems policies and initiatives.
- Develop policy-ops frameworks for Retirement Systems policies.
- Analyse data and information to inform policy formulation and evaluate the impact of policies and initiatives.
- Handle complex appeal cases.
Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years of policy experience.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good communicator with strong inter-personal and leadership skills.
- Ability to exercise both empathy and firmness when managing complex appeal cases.
- Creativity and willingness to innovate.
