Job Overview

We are seeking an HR Support Specialist to provide support in the implementation of policies, plans, processes, and programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the review, development, and implementation of policies, plans, processes, and programs
  • Working with HR Business Partners and staff to provide value-adding HR services and support
  • Administering and executing HR functions and processes related to onboarding
  • Improving the on-site experience for new hires and leavers through onboarding stages
  • Ensuring services are delivered in line with policies and comply with relevant legislation
  • Delivering HR activities that meet service level agreements and key performance indicators within HR Group Shared Services
  • Ensuring HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
  • Able to work under tight timelines and respond to changing priorities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel to handle large amounts of data
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice
