**About the role**

The Digital Wealth Product Director is a strategic and critical role that combines wealth management domain knowledge with digital product and financial planning tools development. The role will lead the end to end digital client journey and experience, collaborate with technology engineers and designers to build and maintain a digital first financial wellness proposition.

**Role Responsibilities**

Product Vision and Strategy:

- Drive innovation and new product development initiates.
- Evaluate growth options, assess new opportunities, and identify roadblocks.
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop production plans and budgets, setting goals and objectives to meet operational targets and customer requirements.
- Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Define the product roadmap, outlining short-term and long-term goals.
- Requirement Gathering and Prioritization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA, to gather requirements and define user stories.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.

Release Management:

- Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.
- Collaborate with the development team to address any issues or blockers that may affect the release timeline.

Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients, to gather feedback, understand needs, and manage expectations.
- Use data analytics and user feedback to monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously iterate and optimize the product to enhance user satisfaction and drive business results.
- Ensure the product adheres to relevant compliance and security standards, safeguarding user data and privacy.

People Management
- Ensure the product and executive team have a share vision.
- Manage reporting Product Managers and the corresponding administration of evaluation and career guidance.
- Provide mentorship, coaching and decision troubleshooting for the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Business, or related field.
- Self-starter: believes in taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight, continuously innovating to achieve great results
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and the ability to empathize with user needs.
- Knowledge of project management tools and issue tracking systems.
