**Responsibilities**:

- End to end execution of wealth and investment product launches across ASIA & EMEA markets aligning with product roadmap
- Maintain the roadmap and able to prioritize the backlog in coordination with business stakeholders
- Responsible for best in class customer experience.
- Partner with design team to create intuitive / simple & frictionless journeys
- Communicate digital strategy & collaborate with the country business teams, operations teams and marketing team to ensure planned initiatives are delivered without hurdles.
- Monitor digital usage, NPS feedback, performance metrics to proactively address drop-offs & issues
- Partner with AML, CBORC, fraud, technology, cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure approvals for digital initiatives are completed on time.
- Have a future-proof outlook and a keen insights into industry practices & trends.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of experience in customer experience marketing or research role;
- Experience providing project or product leadership and performing qualitative and quantitative research

**Education**:

- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

**Maintain & Grow Digital Wealth Roadmap in Asia / EMEA**
- Execute Citi's Digital Wealth vision through working with key stakeholders in consumer technology & business stakeholders in region & country, to drive our goal to be a leading Digital Bank in Asia
- Manage projects for Citi's Digital platforms and enhancements, which includes managing over $10MM of enhancements each year, on behalf of the retail teams.
- Collaborate with regional design, technology development, testing and project management office to execute the enhancements in the most efficient, highest quality and on time delivery.
- Stakeholder management, ability to influence products and functions and operate effectively at all levels in a collaborative manner

- With current wealth landscape, customers are looking for more curated and self guided investment and wealth solution on digital platforms. Build the best in class, lead a frictionless & seamless experience for our clients
- Leading initiatives to drive the overall client satisfaction of our digital channels which are measured by both Digital NPS & app store rating feedback.
- Pre & Post implementation reviews of all new feature rollouts to ensure ease of use, performance, tracking and usage are measured for continuous improvement
