We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Change & Implementation Lead**.

**Principal Responsibilities**

The purpose of this role is to take a structured approach to ensure the organisation, staff and customers adopt change and reach our desired future state and outcomes with mínimal disruption and execution risk. As an experienced Change Management practitioner, you should be able to:

- Identify thematic areas where change interventions will be needed as we migrate from our current state to the desired target state
- Work collaboratively with the 3-in-a-box of the TSA Exit Projects (Business Lead, Technology Lead and Delivery Lead) to demonstrate the value of change interventions and guide them on both the how and when to introduce change interventions
- Excellent stakeholder management to "C-suite level", equipped with soft influencing skills to help drive decisions and resolve conflicts at pace
- Proactively update the TSA Director on risks, issues and milestones. Promptly escalate with recommendations for path-to-green
- Good understanding of Jira / Confluence and using these tools to run Agile & Hybrid projects
- This is a 24 months contract position

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge and experience of change management in large programmes. Typical change interventions would include impact assessments, communications, training, establishing change networks, managing participation and resistance to change, organisation readiness and benefits management
- Effective communication, inter-personal skills and negotiation skills
- Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
- Sound judgement skills to identify and resolve problems
- Experience of managing resources using appropriate communication, delegation and planning skills
- Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles
- Degree holder or equivalent in role experience
- Professional Project Management qualification or equivalent in role experience
