**Job Responsibilities: = **The Personnel shall be competent to assist the Head of Department to perform the following:
1. System Management
- Manage and update IT online assets such as school’s official website and Learning Management System (LMS) portal
- Using various feature in LMS to support school operations (e.g. level streaming)
- To assist in maintaining the Resource Booking Service when needed

2. Logistic and stock taking
- Assist to manage and track all non-SSOE ICT/AVA resources and inventory (e.g. iPad, Microsoft Surface Pro, printers, etc.) with up-to-date documentation
- Stock-take and updates inventory records for school and audit purposes
- Maintain repair and loan records of ICT/AVA equipment

3. Support daily operations (AVA & IT)
- Assist in the planning and implementation of ICT-related programs (e.g. staff professional development in ICT, learning journey using ICT, cyber wellness program, etc.)
- Assist school-initiated ICT/AVA infrastructure projects, including providing progress report, manage vendors and contracts
- Gather ICT/AVA needs of the school
- Provide professional inputs and recommendation on ICT/AVA solutions that can meet the school’s need
- Implement preventive measures and maintenance for IT & AVA Equipment
- Assist Head of Department and ICT Associate/Manager in the preparation of all necessary administrative duties for the purchase and condemnation of AVA and ICT equipment
- Provide ICT/AVA/multimedia support for school events (e.g. on site and online streaming events)
- Assist in liaising with vendors for the maintenance and repairs of AVA and IT equipment
- Assist in troubleshooting and support for school-owned devices
- 1st level of troubleshooting of student own devices
- Understanding and support various operating system of student own devices (e.g. Chrome OS, IOS or Windows)
- Supporting Home Based Learning logistic loaning and school hotline help in terms of online learning portal or systems
- Checking of equipment used in classroom and for national exam such as portable speakers and radios
- Assist in rectifying and identify equipment that requires maintenance work
- Troubleshooting of AV and IT equipment in classroom on a daily operation
- Providing support to teachers in the use of AV and IT equipment in classroom (e.g. Image and sound projection, observation video recording, School own device such as iPad and Surface pro support in classroom during lessons)
- Assist to book resources in LMS via school timetable and upon ad-hoc request by teachers

4.Others
- Prepare standard operating procedures and any other relevant documentation (e.g. agenda, minutes of meeting, IT catalogue) for the ICT department

**Job Qualifications: = T **he Personnel shall mínimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Polytechnic Diploma in IT or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experiences. Experiences in web page design, website content updating (e.g. Swiiit), Learning Management System (e.g. Asknlearn), video and photo editing will be an advantage
