**Job roles and responsibility**:

- Check on classrooms/special rooms ICT / AV equipment.
- Update or install/delete apps for iPads
- Assist the staff in media productions (edit videos and photos).
- Mobile Carts delivery and collection - iPads and laptops
- Troubleshooting of projectors, visualizers, speakers and microphones in classrooms/special rooms
- Assembly set up and standby (hall and canteen).
- Set up projector, sound system, microphones and laptop.
- Temp loan out equipment - Cameras, Laptops, iPads, Apple TVs and etc
- Support SLs in ICT related matters
- To conduct regular stock taking of AV/ICT items in accordance to the ICT inventory listing.
- To work with ST logistics to monitor and direct them all AV/ICT items in listing during inspections and checks.
- To assist with the Admin Team with basic admin tasks ranging from preparing resources or data collation in support of administration and operations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Nitec and/or equivalent qualification preferably in an ICT related field.
- Must be proficient is MS Office Suites.
- Preferably someone who is tech savy and familiar in operating devices (tablets, projectors etc) and computers.
- Other media and ICT skills such as photography and video editing is as advantage.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in handling AV/ICT equipment and resource planning.
- Excellent team-player who is meticulous, organized and dynamic.
- Ability to multi-task and flexible to the operational needs and demands
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good customer service skills

**Working hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
