**Primary Function**

You will manage, enhance and optimize the client’s experience in the organisation. You are the strategic coordinating person to ensure effective and efficient operations coordination from the point of sales to on-site event coordination and post-event business development. You will be fostering good rapport and maintaining strong working relationships with clients through the provision of excellent customer service, taking proactive and timely manner to the client’s needs. You shall provide a one-stop service to the client - right from the initial sales stage to the execution of the event.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for project management from detailed to execution and show calling
- Contribute creative ideas and give inputs on producing various planning and campaign proposals
- Working closely as a team and independently in the execution of events, providing proper scheduling of the project timeline to meet clients’ objectives
- Writing of proposal pitches, presentations, coordination, and management of the project
- Driving Revenue Growth and assisting in formulating Sales Strategies
- Assist with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to superior/team lead for each event project.
- Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Preferable 2-3 years or above experience
- A relevant Degree or Diploma (Advertising, Mass Communications, Events Management, Marketing, Business, or Arts) is advantageous
- Advertising and Creative background are a plus
- Diligent, Keen eye for design and details
- Independent, self-motivated and targer-oriented
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, confident and outgoing personality
- Team player, able to work under pressure in a dynamic & fast pace working environment
- Good project management skills. Ability to develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00 per month
