Visionnaire, Premier Event Agency based in Singapore since 2007 is expanding. We are inviting highly motivated and qualified individuals to join us as **Production Event Manager**.

The Production Event Manager manages and ensures the implementation in the field of human, material, logístical and financial of an operation, in strict compliance with all the parameters of the specifications established by the agency (budget, planning ).

He is in charge of the constitution, recruiting, contracting, supervision and management of all technical service providers involved in the production of the operation.

**MISSIONS**

The director co-production establishes a work schedule.

Prepares budgetary aspects of the tender and negotiates the quote.

He negotiates and implements, in the best conditions, procurement and contracts of employment, co-production, insurance, various technical service providers or services.

The production manager follows the phases of the project by ensuring compliance with the specifications and deadlines.

It establishes the service records, monitors and conducts providers and administrators.

The production manager has to anticipate, assess, decide and act for any technical or organizational problem.

He plans, organizes and coordinates the work (days, places, times, directors, cameramen, sound engineers, graphic designers, sound technicians, lighting, audiovisual, special effects).

The production manager must respect the legal, regulatory and administrative.

He oversees the implementation of site plans with a decoration, light, sound, and installation of the technical file.

The production manager works in the production department.

It can be attached to the human resources department or branch.

**ACTIVITIES & TASKS**

Budget management
- Manages the budget necessary for the production,
- Evaluate costs,
- Establishes quotes,
- Ensure a balanced budget,
- Negotiates and makes purchases and contracts of employment, co-production, insurance, various technical service providers or services,
- **Activity 2 / Task**:
Administrative matters management
- Provides administrative, legal and budgetary
- Recruit the artistic and technical teams
- Established contracts
- Ensures the proper payment of wages
- Develops information materials
- Manages providers
- Is present to all customer meetings
- Participate in tenders
- **Activity 3 / Task**:
Operations Management
- Manages logistics
- Manages suppliers and materials
- Following the summary table logistics
- Suit Specifications
- Manages the production of communication materials
- Organizes the work of teams
- Participates in team briefs
- Is present during installation and during operation
- Sets up the site signage

**COMPETENCES**

Knowledges
- Knowledge of Singapore legislation and / or foreign

- Good technical knowledge of light material, sound and audiovisual,
- Knowledge on new techniques, methods of carpentry work, finishes and technologies,
