**UCT **is looking for a talented **Customer Program Specialist I **to join us in **Singapore **The Customer Program Specialist is responsible for all Account Operations function for a Customer(s). The scope includes both demand and commercial management of existing business (does not include new sales, business development, and contracts) as well as Customer facing and internal alignment activities.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- General Management
- Manage a team of Site Account Operations Heads and matrixed into Customer Program Managers, at a site, to meet annual goals and objectives as aligned during the annual operating planning (AOP) process
- Adherence to global QMS processes, procedures, forms & records - propose improvements
- Provides quarterly spend forecast using headcount model & operating expenses
- Uses Personnel performance ratings (9-box, relative rankings) to assess & optimize team
- Is a role model with team to use UCT systems/processes to meet/exceed goals & objectives
- Partners with all functions to prioritize activities to meet goals & objectives
- Establishes and develops personnel to meet succession plan readiness
- Customer Account Management
- Manages Customer scorecard to meet/exceed 85% of best score
- Provides quarterly Customer revenue forecast & monthly/periodic updates (+/- 3%)
- Effectively monitors Customer request for quotes (RFQ) to meet gross margin targets and response time goals
- Collects Accounts Receivables on an as needed basis (support to clear any roadblocks)
- Ensures claim collections related to changes introduced by the Customer impacting product/materials
- Monitors product material margins (MM%) > 25%
- Owns overall on-time-delivery to Customer need dates > 85%
- Owns overall on-time-delivery to UCT site commit dates >/= 98%
- Ensures that Customer communications are on time relative to order management
- Clear all Finished goods inventory within 3 calendar days
- Is Customer escalation point for all existing business orders and commercial activities
- Manages effective Customer meetings regarding existing business
- Leads, schedules, owns quarterly internal Customer review
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills
- Ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries
- Negotiating skills to optimize the outcome for UCT
- Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Continuous improvement attitude; ability to suggest and implement best practices
- Self-starter with unquestionable integrity
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Builds relationships internally and externally to optimize positive results
**Educational/Certification Requirement**:
- BA/BS degree in business administration, operations management strongly preferred
- MBA preferred
**Experience Requirement**:
**Work Experience**:
- Four year college degree from an accredited institution.
- Four years Account Management or Business Management experience in a business-to-business transaction environment.
