**As Consultant, EUC & Svc Desk, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following**:

- To lead and manage desktop support team.
- Assist in day-to-day operation of the desktop support team
- Responsible for the system design, implementation, testing, managing and maintenance of proposed system
- Work closely with the Team to meet system delivery milestones
- Provide technical documentation support to Project & Solutions Teams, as well as hand over as-built system documentation to Maintenance support team
- Engage with back-line support and/or with vendor’s support to diagnose and rectify technical problems.
- Carry out other technical related duties that may be required.
- Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- At least 2 years of EUC support experience
- At least 1 years of devices implementation/migration/support experience
- Able to work effectively within guidelines, policies, procedures and execute guided instructions with mínimal supervision
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess initiative with positive working attitude
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player
