Job Title: IT EUC Specialist

">About the Role:The IT End User Computing (EUC) Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing and supporting end-user computing environments. This includes desktops, laptops and mobile devices, operating systems, applications and virtual desktop solutions. The role ensures that end-users have secure, reliable and efficient tools to perform their work effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Deploy, configure and maintain desktops, laptops and mobile devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)- Administer and support end-user platforms, including VDI, M365, Intune, SCCM or other endpoint management tools- Manage endpoint security, including antivirus, encryption and patch management- Maintain Active Directory and Group Policy configurations for user access and compliance- Provide 2nd/3rd level escalation support for complex end-user issues- Develop and enforce standards, images and policies for end-user devices- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions for recurring issues- Collaborate with infrastructure, network and security teams to deliver integrated IT services- Research, test and recommend new end-user technologies to improve productivityRequirements:- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field- 3–5 years of experience in end-user computing or desktop engineering roles- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy and M365- Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM or other endpoint management systems- Knowledge of endpoint security tools and compliance standards- Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Citrix or similar) is an advantage- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills- Good communication and documentation skillsBenefits:This is a full-time position offering a mid-senior level career opportunity in Engineering and Information Technology.Industry:IT Services and IT Consulting
