Job Title: EUC Support SpecialistJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled End User Computing (EUC) support specialist to join our team. As an EUC support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to users across the organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing level 1-2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals in a financial services environment.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
  • Responding to remote and onsite requests for software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of standard and in-house applications.
  • Ensuring all VVIP support requests are addressed within 2–4 hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in EUC support, preferably within financial services or/and trading environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, SCCM, GPO, O365, Azure, Intune, macOS, MS Teams Rooms.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 platforms including SharePoint, Power Automate, and integration with third-party applications.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols and services: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
  • Knowledge in PowerShell scripting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team-oriented mindset, and stakeholders management skills.
