**Responsibilities**

**1. 2D Initiatives Support**:

- Support in planning, executing, and promoting GS1 Singapore’s 2D initiatives across various industries.
- Orgainise outreach activities to educate stakeholders on the advantages of adopting GS1 2D barcodes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the deployment of 2D barcodes and monitor implementation progress.

**2. Solution Partner Acquisition and Engagement**:

- Drive the acquisition of new solution providers and oversee their onboarding into the GS1 Singapore Solution Partner Programme.
- Strengthen relationships with existing solution partners through organizing engagement activities, including workshops, webinars, and partner meetings.

**3. Solution Centre Set-up and Management**:

- Support the setup and day-to-day operations of the GS1 Singapore Solution Centre, showcasing GS1 solutions for supply chain efficiency, healthcare, and retail innovation.
- Organize events, demonstrations, and presentations at the Solution Centre to promote GS1 technologies and services.

**4. Value-Added Services & Sustainability Initiatives**:

- Assist in the developing and implementing sustainability programs, supporting businesses in achieving sustainability goals through GS1 standards.
- Contribute to creating and promoting new value-added services designed to boost member engagement and operational efficiency.

**5. Additional Responsibilities**:

- Participate in GS1 working groups as assigned to stay updated and contribute to industry knowledge.
- Prepare accurate and timely reporting on all relevant activities and project progress.
- Tasks assigned by management on ad hoc basis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in partnership engagement, program support, or stakeholder management.
- Understanding of barcode technology or supply chain management is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
