Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), this position holder is responsible for the following items:
Key Responsibilities
Manage SGLN membership by screening, verifying, accepting, and onboarding new members into the network. Manage communications with SGLN members by responding to inquiries and providing relevant support. Support the administrative needs in the management of SGLN membership. Revise and maintain any programming workplans and costing sheets. Design and develop the community-based mentoring programme's fundamentals (programme structure, guidelines) in alignment to SGLN's vision. Collaborate with other functions and HCLI resources, such as Marketing, to market the programme to potential mentors and mentees and serve broader outreach objectives. Collaboratively work with team to share relevant trainings, workshops, and other resources to support mentors and mentees. Serve as SGLN's designated point of contact for all community-based mentoring-related matters and foster effective communication channels to facilitate and support mentoring pairs Foster community relationships with, for, and amongst SGLN members and key stakeholders (e.g. community members, corporate partners, government partners). Enhance branding alignment and visibility by showcasing ecosystem partners' commitment by association with SGLN and its vision. Expand SGLN’s brand in senior business circles via networks, external business conferences, and targeted partnerships to accelerate SGLN's brand. Secure corporate and community partnerships for SGLN by co-leading the communication and selling of SGLN's work and value to prospective partners. Collaborate with HCLI Marketing in benchmarking SGLN for brand penetration, sponsorship/partnership and fundraising development vis-a-via Chambers, Business Networks, National Communities, and Other Business Communities for which SGLN may potentially compete with. Collaboratively design and implement a system to track, monitor, and evaluate mentoring progress, feedback, outcomes, and impact, aligned to SGLN KPIs Collaborate with other functions and HCLI resources, such as SMAC, to leverage community members for broader outreach and impact Collaboratively plan, manage, and execute SGLN engagements and events with SGLN functions and HCLI resources. Lead, plan, develop, and implement SGLN's community engagement and development strategies, working closely with all other SGLN roles and HCLI resources to achieve SGLN's key KPIs. Collect and collate community insights through surveying and feedback from events and other engagements. Support and track the financial and administrative process for all SGLN related programmes.

**Experience**:
Minimum of five years of experience in leadership development.

**Education**:
Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred
