**Summary**:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a strong interest in Partnerships & Engagement to support our outreach efforts, partnership development, and strategic planning for events. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow alongside a startup, gain hands-on experience, and deepen their understanding of the startup ecosystem. We value curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Liaise with partners, talents, and organisations to enhance the marketplace experience
- Manage weekly talents and ensure smooth onboarding and coordination
- Support vendor procurement with the sales team and assist in vendor management
- Procure experience-driven vendors that elevate the vibe beyond just sales
- Conceptualise and execute themed events that bring fresh, engaging experiences to the market
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to develop interactive and innovative experiences
- Source and pitch partnership opportunities, including sponsors and brand collaborators
- Work with creatives to design and implement visual decorations for themed concepts
- Maintain a partner and talent database to track engagement, performance, and collaboration history
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve market experiences
- Prepare proposals and post-event reports to showcase the value of partnerships and activations

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in any field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, event coordination, or community engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with partners, talents, and internal teams
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and collaborators
- Solid understanding of branding, content strategy, and audience engagement
- Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and project tools like Notion
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects with deadlines
