**Strategic Procurement - Non Medical Supplies/ Services / FFE Category
Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for facilitating strategic sourcing projects for the Non-Medical Supplies/ Services/ FFE category
- Plan, strategize, analyse and implement sourcing strategy in category sourcing and supplier initiatives and be accountable for the outcomes.
- Establish contracts on time to ensure continuous supply of product and services.
- Guide the evaluation committee to evaluate goods and services proposal from vendors, suppliers and contractors of services.
- Engage key stakeholders on their requirements and suppliers to reduce the total cost of ownership through streaming workflow, standardization of products/ services and rationalization of suppliers.
- Add value through proper negotiation, product standardization and/ or innovative ways of sourcing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the need to consolidate, rationalise and streamline of processes to ensure better savings
- Perform support activities such as maintaining in-house contract database.
- Actively solicit customer's feedback, address issues and seek continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

- Min. Degree in Supply Chain/ Business Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant end to end procurement, strategic sourcing or category management experience
- Experience in process improvement, policy drafting and drive cost savings projects
- Experience in handling indirect supplies/ services or CAPEX categories will be preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in SAP MM / Ariba / SESAMi will be an added advantage
- Salary package (local) & job title shall commensurate with experience.
