- Knowledge in the differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machine
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
- Adhere to all food hygiene standard and procedures
- Provide excellent service experience to all customers
- Minimized wastage of goods
- Able to prepare all beverage items according to standard recipes
- Ensure all equipment stays well maintained
- Ensure that the service area is kept clean and organised at all times
- Replenish items and ensure products are within the expiry period
- Creative in brainstorming ways to attract new crowds through defining and expanding services and products
- Promote coffee consumption by educating customers
- Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
