We are looking for a Desktop and SCCM Engineer to join us in our mission to improve Singapore’s competitiveness as a trusted ICT hub for citizens and businesses.

**A brief summary of your job responsibility**:

- Installation, testing and troubleshooting of IP-based Phone and Videoconference software and equipment.
- Configure and maintain operating systems, client software, drivers, firmware, and other PC peripherals.
- Provide 2nd-level onsite support to end-user’s end-point devices and network hardware / incidents.
- Hands-on experience with latest Windows 10 technology
- Ensure all projects, preventive maintenance works, and SOPs are carried out on time.
- Excellent problem solving and multitasking.

**Requirements**:
**To succeed in this role, you will ideally have**:

- Proven track record as a desktop support technician
- Experience in supporting senior management or VIP users
- Experience in supporting Cisco Webex, Phone software and devices.
- Experience in Windows Servers technology is preferred.
- Working knowledge with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) also known as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
- Certification in MCSA Windows 10, 11 and Microsoft 365 Certification: Modern desktop administrator associate, or equivalent is preferred.
- Certification in ITIL V4 foundation or above will be helpful.
- Possess basic network troubleshooting skills. CCNA / CCNA certification will be helpful.
- A team player, and can also work on own initiative. Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
