**Responsibilities**:
Willing to lead IT infrastructure upgrades and coordinates projects from a technology perspective as well as ensure these activities are consistent with the Global Business & IT directive with following responsibilities:

- Daily support and administration of Servers, VMware platform, Active Directory & enterprise management systems (SCCM) Infra and associated software products
- Build, Deploy & Maintain Enterprise Operating System Images via SCCM Infrastructure according to functional needs and specifications based on business/security requirements
- Deploy & maintain Group Policy - Scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting Group Policy deployments
- Improve and automate manual repetitive OS deployment processes and procedures to drive efficiency
- Deployment of security fixes on Infrastructure services in accordance to Corporate Vulnerability and Patch Management policy via SCCM Infra
- Level-two escalation support to Infrastructure issues that require technical specialization
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues
- Responsible for set up of Systems in Singapore & Asia Offices
- Keeping Infrastructure operating and meeting the agreed service-level
- Overseeing operational health of Infrastructure services (Availability Management)
- Provide regular backup to Infrastructure services region critical and important production server data and image
- Optimal system performance and system capacity planning (Capacity Management)
- Create & maintain document portfolio of Site Catalogue, Operations / Audit Best Practices, trouble-shooting & related solutions knowledge base
- Execute IT Disaster Recovery Plan (IT DRP)
- Manage projects assigned and ensure completion in accordance to project timeline

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5 years of proven experience in IT Operations & End-User Support environment
- Good experience & knowledge in planning, designing and implementing Windows desktop operating system (OS) in an enterprise environment
- Good technical background with experience and knowledge in Windows desktop image deployment scripting
- Good knowledge and hands on experience with Windows Server 2K12/2k16, Microsoft SCCM, and VMware virtualization
- Working experience in Active Directory and implementing/troubleshooting Group Policy Objects (GPO)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are a must
- Ability to work in a team environment and/or as an individual contributor, as required
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
