As the Head of Marketing & Sales and member of the leadership team, you will have a great understanding of the business, industry, and audience, both at a local and global level, act as a brand ambassador for Tanglin Gin and its various product offerings. You are responsible for directing sales plans, leading all strategic and day-to-day marketing initiatives and campaigns that support domestic and international sales, including strategic lead-generation and brand awareness programs. You are a highly motivated professional who is passionate, detail-oriented, self-starting, proactive and global-minded.

**Qualifications**

**Responsibilities**:

- Define the annual domestic and global marketing strategy and campaign plans, including budgeting and setting of targets.
- Support the leadership team in bringing our marketing/business vision to life.
- Knowledgeable on market/industry trends and audience insights
- Lead all campaigns
- Activation (paid and owned) and analysis/optimisation - this includes digital advertising, direct mail, and marketing tool kit creation.
- Strategize, create and oversee the production and distribution of content for our owned platforms; website, videos, social campaigns/posts.
- In charge of industry events in Singapore and abroad
- Effectively manage relationships with internal teams
- Drive the relationship with brand partners, ensuring open collaboration and ongoing partnership.
- Compile and present sales reports to key stakeholders.
- Manage and track marketing finances to ensure accurate spend

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree or Master’s in Marketing/Communication/Busines or equivalent experience
- 6 plus years of industry or relevant regional experience
- Great leadership and team-building skills with proven results required
- Proven experience in developing profitable marketing strategies and implementing the vision
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and passion for Tanglin’s brands, trends and key customers both at a local and global level

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
