Singapore BRASS LION PTE. LTD. Full time

Educate customers on the Brass Lion story to offer a premium, brand-centric experience for all customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bars, work areas, and service areas.
- Assist in stock order, replenishment or requisition of bar inventory, liquors and supplies, spillage and spoilage.
- Support external Brass Lion experiences - eg. corporate events, gin-blending sessions, gin master classes etc.
- Support in-house experiences - Distillery tour, Gin masterclass, Gin school and Gin blending
- Prepare and mix ingredients in advance in order to prepare cocktails and other drinks including food and bar snacks as well.
- Process sales transactions using POS and balance cash receipts.
- Check identification of customers in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Provide support in marketing and execution of events as needed.
- Support merchandise sales, inventory and stock management of merchandise and products
- Manage and ensure smooth operations of our tasting room, gin school and gin masterclasses.
- Daily store sales and tour number reporting.
- Assist and support production staff and activities such as bottling, labelling and blending, when required.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management

- **Working hours**:

- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday to Fridays: 4pm - 11pm
- Saturdays: 1pm - 11pm
- Sundays: 12pm - 7pm
- Location: Alexandra/Pasir Panjang
- Required to work on weekends
