Distillery Production Manager

The role of Distillery Production Manager is a hands on role with managerial responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities: As the Distillery Production Manager you will:
Oversee all aspects of Production Operations including;
- Managing Production of all Tanglin Products
- Manage strategic forecasting of production to ensure all products are available to meet local and export orders
- Work with the sales team to ensure order fulfilment in a timely manner
- Ensure all raw materials (botanicals, ethanol, bottles, labels etc) are in stock to meet production requirements
- Implement just in time stock management where suitable
- Lead optimisation of production and implement strategic Inventory Planning
- Work with the Financial Director to manage lead times and payments for all inventory management
- Work with the General Manager and Founders to manage the Customs Process’s
- Manage staffing requirements within the Distillery including full and part time team members
- Product Development - work with the team to develop new products, limited releases, white label projects
- Event & Industry Representation - Attend Industry Events to represent Tanglin
- Team Building - Managing recruitment, HR and Team Development as the production team needs to grow
- Regulatory Compliance - Implement and enforce a cleaning process both inside and outside the distillery
- Equipment and Machinery - Understand the equipment we use, ensure all equipment is clean and working in an optimal manner. Manage maintenance, parts with our suppliers.
- Lead hands-on execution of initiatives alongside your teams

- Production demands may from time to time require extended working hours to full large orders

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Relevant educational background and/or industry certifications
- 5+ years distillery/brewery experience
- Culinary background is advantageous
