**Business Function**

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
**Job Purpose**

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, lead, and execute regular events, whether in-person or virtual, such as townhalls, team-bonding, festivities and celebrations etc.
- Conceptualise and execute new programs that employees care about such as wellness, welfare, volunteering, etc.
- Plan and execute onboarding programs and welcome sessions for new hires.
- Work closely with stakeholders and partners to deliver and manage learning programs, offerings, and courses.
- Perform routine learning administration and coordination to deliver a positive experience for learners.
- Leverage various internal communication mediums (e.g., intranet, broadcast channels, EDMs and newsletters etc.) to reach our target audience.
- Design and produce media content (e.g., EDMs, copies, posters, video etc.) for internal communication and internal campaign/event outreach.
- Work with developers to design and maintain the department’s intranet site to boost engagement in a hybrid work environment.
- Assume other relevant duties as tasked.
**Requirements**:

- 3 to 6 years’ relevant experience, especially in people transformation, internal engagement, human resource, or learning.
- Bachelor’s degree, majors in Human Resource Management, Communications or Psychology may be advantageous.
- Experience in content creation, internal communication, and coordination.
- Experience in planning and organising internal engagement events and campaigns.
- Proficiency with WordPress will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites preferred.
- Able to adopt a data-driven approach to analyse and improve engagement.
- Passionate about organisational culture, people, and learning.
- Emotionally intelligent with strong communication skills.
- Creative, open-minded, dare to try.
- Adaptable, independent, and keen to learn.
- Problem solver that takes initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
