Responsibilities
Develop and implement a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with Chubb's business goals.
Identify and prioritize transformation opportunities across business units and regions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on transformation strategy.

Program & Change Management
Lead cross-functional transformation programs, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics to track progress.
Champion change management practices to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
Digital & Operational Transformation
Drive the adoption of digital tools and platforms to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Streamline business processes and eliminate inefficiencies through automation and innovation.
Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align transformation efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate transformation goals, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
Engage with customers and partners to ensure transformation initiatives meet market needs.
People & Culture
Lead initiatives that support workforce transformation, including upskilling, reskilling, and leadership development.
Promote a high-performance culture that embraces agility, accountability, and collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations leadership roles.
Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs in complex organizations.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, change management, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
