Business Transformation Associate Director

  • Develop and implement a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with Chubb's business goals.
  • Identify and prioritize transformation opportunities across business units and regions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on transformation strategy.

Program & Change Management

  • Lead cross-functional transformation programs, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics to track progress.
  • Champion change management practices to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.

Digital & Operational Transformation

  • Drive the adoption of digital tools and platforms to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Streamline business processes and eliminate inefficiencies through automation and innovation.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to align transformation efforts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicate transformation goals, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
  • Engage with customers and partners to ensure transformation initiatives meet market needs.

People & Culture

  • Lead initiatives that support workforce transformation, including upskilling, reskilling, and leadership development.
  • Promote a high-performance culture that embraces agility, accountability, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations leadership roles
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs in complex organizations
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, change management, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
