Strategic Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Create and put into action a comprehensive sales plan to hit sales goals and increase income.
- Lead, inspire, and coach a group of sales professionals, offering direction and assistance to help them accomplish both individual and group objectives.
- To grow the company's client base and gain market share, identify new market opportunities and create creative sales methods.
- Create and build close bonds with important clients by learning about their wants and demands and guaranteeing high levels of client satisfaction.
- Work with cross-functional teams, such as those for marketing, product development, and customer support, to connect sales strategies to overarching corporate goals.
- To keep up with market changes, consumer preferences, and competitor activity, conduct competitive analysis and market research.
- Regularly provide top management with sales projections, reports, and updates that highlight important metrics, successes, and issues.
- Keep up with current best practices for the industry and sales strategies, continually expanding your own knowledge and abilities to promote sales excellence within the team.
- Create and implement strategies and programs for sales training to increase the capabilities of the sales force and overall sales performance.
- Attend networking functions, conferences, and trade exhibitions to forge new business connections and enhance existing ones with important stakeholders.
**Additional Information**:
- A track record of success as a sales manager or in a comparable strategic sales leadership position.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering sales growth.
- Proven analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including the capacity to spot market opportunities and create winning sales plans.
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities, including the capacity to encourage and inspire a sales team to produce excellent outcomes.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to forge close bonds with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Able to implement and improve sales techniques with a strong understanding of sales procedures and best practices.
- Proven business savvy and financial literacy, including the capacity to assess sales data and make fact-based choices.
- A track record of successfully collaborating and working with cross-functional teams.
- A results-driven mentality with an emphasis on client happiness and sustainable business growth.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a closely related profession.
