
Strategic Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and implement a strategic sales plan** to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve individual and team goals.
- **Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies** to expand the company's customer base and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and challenges.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and sales techniques, continuously enhancing your own knowledge and skills to drive sales excellence within the team.
- **Develop and implement sales training programs** and initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the sales team and improve overall sales performance.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry trade shows to establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and generate new business leads.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar strategic sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- **Excellent leadership and team management skills**, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and best practices, with the ability to implement and optimize sales methodologies.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
