Premium and Deluxe Rooms provide spacious work areas that have been thoughtfully designed for business travellers. Junior Suites offer city views and adjoining living room with a convertible sofa bed. Located on higher floors, Executive Suites boast river views and cosy living rooms that are ideal for private discussions. Each Family Room features a king-size bed and two twin beds. Select guest rooms have been designed to be accessible to guests with disabilities.

**Job Description**:

- Assist the Senior/Duty Managers in directing and supervising the activities of the Front Office department.
- Attend to all guests' queries, improvement feedback and compliments, and attend to guests' needs promptly and professionally.
- Assign rooms for all arriving guests after checking the guest preferences in the absence of Room Controller.
- Adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

**Job Requirement**:

- Currently pursuing Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- A team player with an eye for detail
- Good customer service & communication skills
