- Other- Support the implementation of the enhanced version of the evaluation criteria and matrix for approving/ onboarding new CTG (Caregiver Training Grant) Training Providers and renewal of existing CTG Training Providers.
- Support the implementation of the enhanced criteria and matrix guidelines and standards in the Family Caregiver Proficiency Framework and the Family Caregiver Competency Guidebook
- Support the design and development of an enhanced caregiver training curriculum to include a blended-learning approach.
- Support the curation and development of caregiver training courses under Caregiver Training Grant and aligned with the caregivers training roadmap.
- Raise awareness and improve ease of navigation of caregiver training resources on AIC website, social media, print and/or digital media.
- Establish and review structured caregiver assessment tools to identify caregiver needs for care plan.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience.
- Background in the following fields would be an advantage:

- Training or education e.g. professional training like ACTA/ACLP certification and experience.
- Healthcare, eldercare and/or social services.
- Marketing and communications, marketing science experience, content marketing.
- Possess learning agility and proficient digital fluency.
- Ability to leverage on resources e.g. conduct landscape surveys, literature review of research papers to think creatively.
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast pace work environment.
- Good interpersonal skills in handling diverse situations and managing individual differences.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Possess good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
