**Senior Physiotherapist (Community Care - Rehab)**

**Location**:Singapore
**Employment Type**:Full-Time

**Working Hours**:Monday - Friday office hours

**Others**:No weekends, no on-call, no PH

**The Role**

As a Senior Physiotherapist/ PT, you will play a key role in providing evidence-based physiotherapy services for older adults in a community setting. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to enhance mobility, independence, and quality of life for our residents and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess, plan, and implement physiotherapy interventions for seniors with diverse conditions (musculoskeletal, neurological, post-surgical, geriatric).
- Collaborate with OTs, nurses, doctors, and caregivers to deliver holistic patient care.
- Contribute to program development and initiatives within rehabilitation and active ageing centres.
- Support continuous improvement in service delivery, training, and research projects.

**Requirements**:

- Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
- Full AHPC registration.
- At least 2-3 years of clinical experience as PTPassionate about eldercare, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
