Overview:
**Position: Database SME & Onsite Delivery SPOC**

**Role** : Oracle Cloud SME, Golden Gate Consultant and Onsite Customer SPOC

Onsite SME to manage stakeholders and handle execution with offshore delivery team, respond to and resolve escalated customer-related issues. Improve estate performance and develop new enhancements for data Infrastructure services. Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis of data infrastructure services. Develop projects to upgrade existing data infrastructure or deploy new systems to increase performance or capacity. Utilize scripting skills and in-depth knowledge of database, Golden gate, and Cloud platform to provide best in class experience to customers. Provide technical consultation to Infra teams and participate in new business discussions.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- **10-12 years of experience with Infra and data Services**
- Experience in Infra services - (Oracle, Golden gate, Cloud Architect)
- Experience in Configuring and Administering Oracle High Availability Features like Data Guard, Real Application Clusters (RAC), Golden gate Replication and ASM.
- Certification in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure & Golden gate Middleware.
- Understanding of RAC Architecture and Internals. Able to troubleshoot day-to-day RAC Issues.
- Experience in Golden gate replication setups and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Proficient in Installation, Upgradation, Maintenance and Tuning of Oracle 19c Databases on Different Platforms.
- Proficient in Cross Platform Database Migration
- Reviewing common Oracle Tuning Points, such as cache hit ratio, latch contention, and other points dealing with memory management.
- Experience in SQL Performance Tuning
- Experience in Planning and Implementing the Backup Strategies using Hot Backup, Cold backup, Logical backup, RMAN.
- Experience on PSU/CPU
- Knowledge on 12/19c OEM grid control and OEM Agents and monitoring grid control.
- Performed Logical Backups using Export/Import utilities and Data Pump.
- Should have good knowledge and hand on experience in handling Golden Gate.
- Shell Script knowledge will be an Added Advantage.
- Creation of Oracle Users, Oracle Roles, Granting Privileges and Profiles etc.
