**1.Role Description**:
Service crew position reports to the Organisation Director, interfaces with other Organisation Service Crew and responsible for all day to day operational aspects of the Play-Gym.

**2. Specific Responsibilities**:

- Ensure customer and cashier services.
- Manage customer expectations, take feedback & assist them for a pleasant experience.
- Ensures park cleanliness at all times.
- Ensure all play area & equipment’s are in good & safe condition.
- Ensure all guests and children adhering to safety standards within the play area.
- Engage kids in Art & Craft activities.
- Engage kids in different motor & sensory play activity.
- Ensure upkeeping of inventory.
- Involve in day to day event activities performance & promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute new events and activities based on various festive seasons.
- Involve in advertisement and promotion of playground’s activities, events, benefits and offers.
- Manage social media accounts of the company and actively post promotional activities on different platforms.

**3. Competencies**:

- Masters good communication & customer service skills.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking skills.
- Enjoy interacting with kids in a playful manner.
- Able to work on weekends & school holidays.
- Experience in Art - Craft, hosting party & Balloon sculpting is an asset for this role.
- Ability to understand company's policies & procedures & be goal oriented.
