We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player to fill the role of Junior Crew at our indoor playground.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide exceptional customer service by assisting with visitor experience management, crowd control, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness within the playground.
  • To support the efficient operation of playground equipment and assist in inventory management and storage tasks.
  • To work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including admission check-in/check-out processes and event activities.
Requirements
  • Able to build strong relationships with young children and their families, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere is maintained at all times.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public/school holidays, as required.
  • Able to stand/walk for extended periods, with a positive attitude and strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
