Junior Crew Member Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Crew Member in Singapore's most magical children's playground.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for all visitors
  • Ensure crowd control and uphold visitor safety throughout the playground at all times
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene daily
  • Manage and organize playground inventory and storage areas efficiently
  • Operate and maintain all playground equipment in good working condition
  • Assist in planning staff duty rosters and cleaning schedules to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate daily crew deployment and meal-time arrangements effectively
  • Lead and support part-time and junior crew members to achieve their full potential
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures at admissions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Support and participate in in-house events and performances to enhance the overall visitor experience
Requirements:
  • Candidates with prior experience in hospitality, children's entertainment, tuition centers, or childcare environments
  • Individuals who are responsible, team-oriented, and enjoy interacting with children
  • Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a significant advantage
