**Job Opportunity: Full Time Crew Member**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full Time Crew Member. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for all guests
  • Manage crowd control and maintain visitor safety throughout the playground
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards daily
  • Organize and manage playground inventory and storage areas
  • Operate and upkeep all playground equipment in good working condition
  • Assist in planning staff duty rosters and cleaning schedules
  • Coordinate daily crew deployment and meal-time arrangements
  • Lead and support part-time and junior crew members
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures at admissions
  • Support and participate in in-house events and performances
  • Complete any other duties assigned by the store manager or supervisor

Requirements:

  • Candidates with experience in hospitality, children's entertainment, tuition centers, or childcare environments
  • Individuals who are responsible, team-oriented, and enjoy interacting with children
  • Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
