Job Scope:
Admin/Reception
- Attend to phone calls and walk-in guest
- Arrange courier, office stationery, pantry and office supplies
- Arrange office/equipment repair
- Match invoice with Purchase Order
- Arrange invoices for Management's approval

Procurement
- Request for quotation from suppliers
- Liaise delivery
- Issue Purchase Order
- Maintain Approved Supplier List
- Prepare and submit monthly KPIs
- Prepare quarterly Post Supplier Evaluation Form
- Create New Supplier Information and enter supplier invoice into ERP system

Logistics
- Prepare customes invoice and packing list
- Liaise with shipping forwarders
- Issue shipping documents for custom clearance
- Arrange with Yard/Warehouse for incoming and outgoing shipments
