As a Business Planning Manager with a focus on ICT related in the Infrastructure team, you will work with a team of innovators and technologists, together to create next-level solutions that improve the way our business runs. You will help to develop solutions and develop strategies that will enhance the smooth running of the organization.
- Partner with Senior Leaders of the Department and Local HR of selected markets in the region to ensure smooth collaboration and communication with HQ
- Be the bridge between HQ Centre of Excellence HR functions and local markets to develop and align appropriate HR Business Partnering initiatives
- Coordinate and ensure the smooth delivery of HR initiatives in domains such as talent management, learning and development, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, strategic development.
- Implement various regional initiatives such as Finance Employee Survey; managing end-to-end process from planning, pre-survey engagement, survey implementation to data analysis and formulation of actions plans and engagement strategies
- Manage the mid-year and end-year Appraisal cycle for selected markets to ensure alignment with HQ requirements, as well as local alignment with business teams (Shopee, Garena etc.)
- Track and review progress of HR initiatives, highlight issues to relevant stakeholders as necessary
- Assess effectiveness, measure and evaluate impact of initiatives
- Any other tasks and projects assigned
- Good degree from a recognized university
- Around 4 - 7 years of relevant working experience
- Strong service attitude with a spirit of excellence
- Passionate about people, culture, and events
- Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
- An excellent command of both spoken and written English
