**OVERVIEW**

A great opportunity has arisen to join Mundipharma as a Data and Reporting Analyst. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role, based in Singapore, but there could well be an opportunity for an extension or a permanent role.

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

Mundipharma has recently begun the next stage of our global transformation, as we look to simplfy how we operate across circa 50 countries. As part of the workforce planning Project Team, the Data & Reporting analyst will be responsible for tracking the workforce changes, reporting on progress against targets, and carrying out analysis, as requested by the Project Team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collating and combining mulitple data sets, into a consolidated master structure, that can be used for reporting
- Carry out data analaysis across various workforce related data to inform the project objectives
- Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests for information, such as data lists, analysis of key topics, dashboard creation, and investigating issues with data quality.
- Developing new analysis products to support project objectives and priorities, such as forecasts, or scenario planning.
- Analysing and presenting data in an easy to understand way, that can be shared with our senior leadership teams
- Explaining data and analysis to the project team, to help them understand the progress being made against the targets

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, PowerBI, or Org Vue.
- An excellent communicator, able to translate complex data, scenarios and logic, into easy to understand decision making.
- Experience in consolidating data from different sources, to create reports, dashboards and analysis.
- Comfortable working with global teams, across both the business, and in different geographic locations and time zones.
- Strong attention to detail and desire to succeed through collaborative and independent work.
- Comfortable working at pace, and able to priortise workload in accordance of business urgency.

**DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience using a variety of ERP systems, such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP, etc is desirable but not essential.
- Business Analyst skills, in order to understand customer requirements, and translating those into reports and analysis.
- Strong business acumen, and able to influence at senior levels
- Basic understanding of HR processes
