
Field Marketing Manager Asia

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager for Asia to join our fast-growing and high performing international team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a regional marketing plan to generate leads and contribute to sales pipeline. This is both a strategic and operational role, requiring you to lead and execute activities and measure performance.
- Plan, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns using demand gen tactics
- Grow brand awareness, increase leads engagement, build pipeline and improve customer acquisition and retention by using various online and offline marketing tools and guide our prospective customers throughout their entire journey
- Collaborate with global marketing colleagues, cross functional teammates, partners and external vendors to ensure success of marketing activities
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, monitor and track relevant KPIs to continuously optimize marketing activities & budget
- Regular reporting of campaigns & activities results
**Requirements**:
You are a marketing professional with excellent organisational and project management skills. You are an out of the box thinker driven to succeed. You are a creative individual with a hands-on attitude. You are humble and a fast learner who is flexible and able to respond to frequently changing business needs. You are a strong team player with the flexibility to work in an international team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
- 2-4 Years of experience in marketing B2B SaaS solutions is a plus
- Go-getter attitude
- Creatively and analytically minded
- Highly organized to execute multi-touch marketing campaigns with multiple stakeholders requiring a great deal of coordination and timing precision
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and channel partners to build joint marketing programs and increase partner-sourced contribution to the business
- Ability to work effectively and independently with all levels of management and functional disciplines
- Proven experience in developing and executing regional marketing plans
- Proficient in Digital marketing (Google Adwords, LinkedIn)
- Experience working with Marketing tools and CRM systems - Hubspot, Salesforce, WordPress
- Proven track record in measuring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing activities to understand the contribution to pipeline and to evaluate marketing effectiveness/return on investment
- Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones
