**About the Role**:
This is a unique position that serves as the “Einstein” within the Customer Lifecycle Management team. The incumbent plays a lead role in performance insights and optimization and is responsible for delivering the data insights that serve to formulate business strategies alongside the planning team.

He/She will work within Marketing; mainly with the CLM planning team and close collaboration is required with other teams including Segments and Commercial.

- Postpaid consumer mobile lifetime revenue
- Average revenue per customer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Performance insights and optimisation. Analyse key business and customer insights for development of CLM strategies to drive business performance and Go-To-Market activities
- Analyse the success level of CLM driven initiatives through the performance of business KPIs and Go-To-Market results
- Use insights gained from internal data sources, customer touchpoints, market intelligence and research surveys to influence strategy; translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Participate in the overall CLM value enhancement chain to curate customer proposition programmes with the aim of cultivating and expanding their relationship with M1
- Development of business plans alongside the CLM planning team and Commercial

**Key Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics or a related discipline, preferably with at least 4-7 years’ relevant experience in a Business Analyst role, Customer Success, Customer Lifecycle Management or related roles in telcos, banks, digital services, e-commerce companies
- Good understanding of current analytics, data platforms, infrastructure, data trends, portfolio on data-driven and customer led products, services and/or processes
- Strategic thinking, strong planning, design thinking and problem-solving skills
- A strong team player, resourceful, able to work independently with a sharp analytical mind, effective interpersonal and project management skills
- An excellent communicator in both verbal and written for a wide variety of both internal and external audience
- Self-motivated, Creative and Curious
- Experience in story boarding, preparation and presentation in power-point Strong BI reporting and system skills (excel, SQL, SAS, Tableau for example) are an advantage
- Able to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Experience with Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other campaign management systems and data visualization tools would be of advantage
- Appreciation of technology and association with customer needs would be advantageous
