Supermom, a fast-growing AI data powerhouse, has a mission to enable parents and families to live better and smarter in Southeast Asia. Boasting one of the largest family communities in Singapore and expanding fast in Indonesia and Malaysia, as well as other SEA countries.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to support brands and agencies that advertise with SuperMom. This individual will drive media sales and manage advertiser accounts to ensure they are successfully executed to achieve business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the UGC/Influencer Marketing team across SEA (including SG, MY, VN, TH, ID) for various client accounts
- Oversee team to ensure deliverables are submitted on time to clients and spend is within budget
- Guide and lead team to: Build and nurture our own communities of Key Opinion Mothers (KOMs) and content creators, identify suitable KOMs within our communities for different projects, structure compensation models for our KOMs, ensure all user-generated content are delivered on brief and on time, drive lead generation campaigns from our communities, and produce quality post-campaign reports for clients
- Continually find ways to optimise campaigns and maximise margins
- Facilitate best practice sharing and develop SOPs to drive efficiencies across the different markets
- Support sales and account servicing teams to interact directly with clients from time to time, including for day-to-day operational queries and new business pitches
- Hire, train and develop team members, as well as source for and manage freelancers where needed
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 years working experience in agencies (social, media, or advertising)
- At least 2 years in a people management position
- Proven track record in driving successful demand generation programmes
- Experience in KOL & community handling
- Familiar with social media platforms in SEA
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Organised and able to oversee several ongoing accounts across different team members and markets at the same time
