Handle full sets of accounts
- Accounting data entry in the system
- Maintain accurate supplier master data, process supplier invoices and payments, and accounts payable reconciliation
- Perform basic accounting duties on AR and AP
- Prepare monthly management report
- Manage and maintain the filing of documents, correspondence, and contracts
- Provide support to the office as necessary in administrative tasks
- Assist GM in quarterly GST reporting
- Support internal and external audits for ISO 9001 and any other certifications
- Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents, and Company Secretary
- Application and submission for government grants/subsidies
- Liaise with Insurance Agent on the renewal of policies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers
- Other accounting & admin duties as required

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma in Accounting or related qualification
- Knowledge of the use of the Autocount Accounting system is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Energetic, initiative, and able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with both external and internal parties.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Demonstrates an ability to work independently and in a team
