Sales Manager, Consumer Care

To manage existing business by identifying potential sales opportunities and by following up new leads and sample requests. To negotiate the best achievable commercial agreements for product sales to achieve sales plan/targets and in line with business, marketing, and pricing policies.
- To report promptly on business (e.g. C4C visit reports) in the designated market, identifying any threats or opportunities as they arise. To identify and implement improvement plans. To gather data on market prices and competitor behaviour and feedback to the relevant Sales & marketing teams.
- To maintain and develop business by developing appropriate contacts within the organisation (purchasing, technical, marketing). This may include contacts in multiple countries and efforts to develop and negotiate sales which may ultimately be delivered in another geographic territory.
- To visit customers in order to explain, promote and recommend Company products within designated markets and regions. To coordinate projects and development work with customers.
- Ability to identify new opportunities and generate good pipelines.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience
- Preferably from Chemical industry and in Consumer Care i.e. Home care, Personal Care.
- At least Degree holder
- Must be comfortable working in matrix organization with good collaboration skills (need to work with different functions e.g. R&D, marketing)
