**Startup boutique accommodation looking for an independent and motivated individuals to join the team.**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, Coordinate and Conduct Upcycling Workshops:Organize upcycling workshops on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Develop workshop concepts and prepare materials required.
- Source and establish partnerships for recyclable materials.
- Curate a rotation of workshop themes and source potential external vendor workshops.
- Set up DIY Activity Station in premise.
- Ensure the station is well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Curate a diverse list of DIY activities for rotation.
- Inventory Management:Maintain and update inventory for Sukha Lodge.
- Manage external vendor workshops and guests' add-on reservations.
- Coordinate with vendors for collaborations on events and activities.
- Customer Service and Communication:Manage public reservations and inquiries for weekend workshops.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and feedback promptly.
- Update social media platforms and website with relevant information.
- WFH and Remote Responsibilities:Work remotely on days when onsite presence is not required.
- Carry out administrative tasks and workshop preparation during weekdays.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in organizing workshops or events.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for sustainability and upcycling.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and website management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules.
**Work location**:
Lazarus Island
Ferry transportation provided (10min ferry ride from Sentosa/15 mins from Marina South Pier)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**:
$2,700.00 - $3,200.00 per month
