**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business - International Trading Institute (LKCSB - ITI).
- Partnership development and management. This includes managing the relationship with key government agencies, such as MPA, SMI, SMF, EDB. Enterprise Singapore, etc. Securing new donors and renewals and managing the relationship with key donors.
- Development of proposals to secure financial support from funding agencies and institutions for research projects.
- Work closely with Academic Director on operational planning, budgeting, management reporting and secretarial support.
- Managing and supervision of the day-to-day efficient operations of the Institute, including general office administration a (such as creation of POs, processing payments, inventories/supplies, tidiness of the office, recruitment of student helpers etc).
- Development of CET programmes. This includes design of course materials, programme management and conducting needs analysis to identify education requirements.
- Primary liaison between partners, teaching staff and participants, including programme counseling and advice. This includes programme reviews and enhancements to meet participants’ needs.
- Development of high-quality education programmes for undergraduates and postgraduates with the aim of building a talent pipeline for the maritime and trading sector.
- Management of adjunct faculty, curriculum, non-classroom learning opportunities and other student related matters.
- Sourcing for qualified researchers and manage research projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing of seminars, events and various initiatives organized by the institute.
- Database management of trainers, students, and partners records.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree holder with minimum 10 years working experience.
- A good understanding of the maritime and trading sector (including commodities and wholesale trade) will be advantageous.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, outgoing, able to work in a team and multi-task.
- Good leadership skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in curriculum development, course structures and content and conducting regular programme reviews.
- Experience in budgeting, management reporting and reviewing of contracts.
